  1. Hi Candi! I love lipstick that shines and shimmers. However, I'm having problems finding a product that has great color, shimmers, stays on after eating and drinking, and doesn't feel dry on the lips. Do you have any product suggestions?

  2. Hi Miss Smith! So we all love a great lipstick/lipgloss! One thing that I have noticed working with different cosmetic lines it that its hard to find a lot of those qualities within ONE lipstick product. It is often deceiving when you see commercials on TV saying that this ONE lipstick is soooo wonderful offering A..B...C... AND D! There are always tricks to get the effect that you are speaking of.

When looking for a lipstick I always say think about what is going to be the best for you and your look. If you want one that shines and shimmers (do you mean a glitter look?) they are often going to be drying on the lips only because of the shimmer. When you run into this problem I always say add a lip gloss on top! To help with the drying, use a lip mask/scrub to get rid of any dead skin on your lips first before applying your lip stick. Then follow with a lip primer! When wanting the color and lipstick to last longer on your lips, try using a lip liner. Lip liners are great for helping your lipstick stay in place and not bleed, and plus it will give u a base before putting the lipstick on. Now for the most tricky part, one that stays on after drinking and eating! Lip Stains are awesome when you want something that will last ALL day and won't come off on your fork/cup/glass etc. There are also some brands out there that will give you a longer lasting color such as : Sephora (they have a great stain too)/ MAC / Chanel....

I hope this helped you out!

  3. Hi Candi!

I went to the pool last week and tanned. Well this week my skin is starting to peel. Help! What should I do being that I'm an African-American who usually don't have this problem.
