The great thing about department stores, ulta, and sephora is that they often have Free Gifts with purchases! Those are always the best time to buy anything that you need to add to your makeup collection. Everyone loves a free gift right! They are always worth it because you end up getting so much more than what you paid for. Rather you use it or not, you can ALWAYS give it as a gift to someone else! I'll try to keep track with who has a Gift With Purchase (GWP) going on and post it.
